Hening Basketball Signups and Practice

Signups and Practice for Hening Basketball 2026 season have begun.  

Practice days and Times  

Preseason Workouts Dates and times **

Tuesdays @ Hening Elementary  6:00 PM - 9:30 PM  

Wednesdays @ Bensley Elementary (in the Old Falling Creek Middle School) 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Thursdays @ Harrowgate Elementary 6:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Fridays @ Hening Elementary 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

** For the preseason workouts we are working all players together.  It is not mandatory to be at all days during preseason.  Please allow the players at least an hour and a half during the practice window whenever possible to attend.  You can stay as long as you want however.

We will be breaking the practice times into team only times the week AFTER Thanksgiving.   At that time we will only require 2 days per week per team.  

Online registration is our preferred method using the Registration button at the top of the page but we also accept in person signups in the gyms.  Please contact us with any questions.
